Draft AIS-197 (Rev. 1) for Bharat NCAP assessment

Applicability

Relevant to M1 vehicle manufacturers, designated agencies and test facilities participating in Bharat NCAP assessment and star-rating activities.

  • Submit the specified vehicle, variant, safety-equipment and type-approval information.
  • Support designated-agency selection and base-variant identification.
  • Maintain the tested configuration once the relevant assessment has started.
